4-H Exhibit Hall Entry Steps

Come display your amazing talents at the Duchesne County Fair!
The exhibit hall is open to Cloverbuds grades K-2, and 4-Hers grades 3-12.

If you are a 4-H member you need to be registered at 4h.zsuite.org by Monday, July 26, 2025.  All exhibits must be entered online at duchesnecountyfair.fairentry.com by Monday, July 26, 2025 at 10pm to be eligible for the 4-H Exhibit Hall.

Exhibitors who have not completed the 4-H enrollment and paid fees may enter their exhibits into the Home Arts and Open Exhibit Hall.

2025 4-H Exhibit Hall Calendar

**All items must be entered into duchesnecountyfair.fairentry.com between March 15th and Monday July 26, 2025 at 10pm. **

July  26nd -Fair Entry Deadline for the Exhibit Hall THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR LATE ENTRIES

Register at http://duchesnecountyfair.fairentry.com/ to enter items in the exhibit hall.

August 1st – (Thursday) Nonperishable Drop Off Roosevelt
10am -3pm ITEMS DROPPED OFF AT THE ROOSEVELT OFFICE NEED TO BE SMALL ENOUGH TO BE TRANSPORTED IN A CAR, AND WEIGH LESS THAN 20LBS, NEEDS TO BE TRANSPORTABLE BY 1 PERSON. IF YOUR ITEM IS LARGER THAN DESCRIBED ABOVE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DROP OFF IN DUCHESNE.

 August 1st (Friday) Nonperishable Drop Off Duchesne. Duchesne Event Center 60 W. 400 So. Duchesne UT 10am-3pm

 August 4th (Monday) Perishable Drop off (Baked goods, vegetables, flowers) Duchesne Event Center 60 W. 400 So. Duchesne UT 10am-3pm

August 5th Exhibit Hall closed for judging.

 August 6th-8th Exhibit Hall opened to the public 11am-6pm

August 9th Exhibit Hall open to the public 10am-3pm *Pickup 5:30-6:30pm

August 11th Pick up Duchesne, Duchesne Event Center 60 W. 400 So. Duchesne UT 10am-1pm

**All items will need to be picked up in Duchesne this year**

If you have extenuating circumstances and are unable to drop off during one of these times, please contact us 435-738-1140 by Monday, August 1 to make other arrangements.

County Fair 4-H Exhibit Hall Entry Steps

4-H members must be registered at 4h.zsuite.org by Monday, July 26, 2025 at 10pm to be eligible to enter items into the fair.

All exhibit hall entries must be entered at duchesnecountyfair.fairentry.com between Sunday, May 1st and Wednesday, July 26th at 10p.m. We will not be accepting late entries.

In order to be ready for the County Fair Exhibit Hall follow the steps below:

1) 4-H Members must be registered on 4h.zsuite.org by Monday, July 26, 2025. Youth must be five years old as of September 1, 2024 to be eligible for enrollment.

2) Register exhibit hall entries between March 15, 2025 and Saturday, July 26, 2025 by 10pm at duchesnecountyfair.fairentry.com. We will not be accepting late entries.

3) Bring your items to a drop-off location near you! We will print your tags for you, just bring the items.

4) Check Exhibit Hall schedule for dates and times to view your exhibits. Invite your family and friends to come vote on their favorite entry! Voting will be available on Wednesday, August 6th and Thursday, August 7th.  As supplies last, we will also be handing out free treats to people who come into the exhibit hall!

5) Collect your items at a pick-up location near you!

  • 12th Pick up Duchesne, Duchesne Event Center 60 W. 400 So. Duchesne UT 10am-1pm *All items will need to be picked up in Duchesne this year*

If families are unable to pick up their items during one of these stipulated times, please contact our office to make other arrangements.  Arrangements must be made by Saturday, August 9th.

***For all youth — items that remain in the office after the month of August will forfeit premium money. ***

4-H Exhibit Hall Contests Awards

Duchesne County Fair 2025

 Country Nights and Neon Lights Award

Winning Entries will showcase this years fair theme “Country Nights and Neon Lights.” All types of entries/mediums will be considered. Youth ages 5-18 will be eligible to participate.

Upcycling Hero Award

Winning entries will showcases a creative project that transforms discarded or old materials into something new and useful. For Example: Turning an old seed sack into a tote bag. Or creating art with recycling materials. Youth ages 5-18 are eligible to win.

10 winners, $10 in premium money for each winning entry

 

Crazy Critter Contest (Sponsored by Allred’s Yard and Garden)

Youth make a “creature” out of vegetables; the three most unique “critters” wins first, second, and third place.

Each winner will receive a rosette ribbon. Premium money awards are as follows: 1st place, $20; 2nd place, $15; 3rd place $10

 

The Giant Zucchini Contest (Sponsored by Allred’s Yard and Garden)

Grow a zucchini, see how big you can get it, and enter it into the fair!  Zucchini’s will be judged based on weight. The three largest zucchinis win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Each winner will receive a rosette ribbon. Premium money awards are as follows: 1st place, $20; 2nd place, $15; 3rd place $10

 

The County Commissioner’s Choice Award (Sponsored by the Duchesne County Commissioners)

Our Duchesne County Commissioners will be touring the 4-H Exhibit Hall, and each commissioner will select their favorite entry!

Three winners will be selected; each winner will receive a rosette and $15 in premium money.

 

People’s Choice Award 

This award is all about projects that the public loves! On Wednesday and Thursday of fair week, the public is encouraged to vote on their favorite entries. Youth ages 5-18 are eligible to win.
